
How to become a Rockstar Sex Machine by Friday
Ever feel frustrated? Pissed off? Like a failure? Like you might as well give up?

In your head, you don’t want to sit in the restaurant watching them flick through their phone between courses and talk about how Barry has really pissed them off this week at work. You imagined a fun and flirty date, where they complimented you on how fricking ravishing you look, they’re laughing at all your jokes, they find your insights into life fascinating, the food and wine gets a 10 out of 10 from both of you, and you go home ready to morph from charming partner into a rockstar sex machine!
The Problem? Your Plan to Reality score is out of kilter.
End Result? Unhappiness.
So, what’s the solution?
You have two choices:
1: Decide on a new goal or ideal outcome.
2: Decide what needs to happen to get you to your original goal, and then decide to feel successful when you take the right steps towards that goal each and every day.
For example, if you’re not happy with how you feel about your body, you can either decide to accept yourself exactly as you are and reset your expectations about what’s good and what’s not, or decide to make some changes, but rather than only allowing yourself to feel happy when you’re a stone lighter, choose to feel happy about yourself if you manage to eat well and exercise for one day.
Why?
Because even if you do it just for a day, you’re successfully taking the right actions that will get you where you want to be, therefore you’re a success, and you’ll feel like an unstoppable sex machine much faster than if you choose to wait for the end result!
This week, you can reassess your Plan to Reality situation so you end the week feeling great about yourself.
